अवसर: कला चिकित्सा से अपने साथ दूसरों को भी करें तनावमुक्त

तनाव और परेशानी आज हमारे जीवन का हिस्सा बनती जा रही है। कभी-कभी इन तनाव भरी स्थितियों और जिम्मेदारियों का प्रबंधन करना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है। ऐसे में आजकल अधिकांश लोग अवसाद और तनाव जैसी समस्याओं के अलावा न्यूरो संबंधी विभिन्न बीमारियां से निजात पाने के लिए कला चिकित्सा का सहारा ले रहे हैं। कला चिकित्सा के तहत कला के विभिन्न माध्यमों से मरीजों की मनोदशा को समझने का प्रयास किया जाता है।
